Verify User KYC
KYC verification enhances security, trust, and compliance for admins
KYC Verification is the process of verifying platform user identities. You may need to do it to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
You are also allowed to add the KYC documents of the user to complete the onboarding process through the admin panel. KYC verification will only be possible once the required document has been uploaded and the required information added by the user.
1. Go to User management |
2. Select the user type |
3. Search the user from the list |
4. Click on the EKYC Section to review the uploaded Documents and Information |
5. Click on Approve to get the user onboarded |
6. Assign the User Profile, you have created previously - User can now access the User Profile assigned by you - Once the user is verified, you have the right to Inactivate, Block, Reject, Edit, and Remove the user according to the requirement. |
