Removing a Staff Member by Admin is discontinuing a staff member's access or role. It is necessary for managing workforce changes, security, or optimizing team size. The benefits are efficient resource allocation and maintaining team dynamics.
| Steps to Remove Staff |

| 1. Go to Settings |
| 2. Click on User under the Company Settings heading |
| 3. Search users from the list |
| 4. Click on the More button |
| 5. Select Delete Option from Dropdown |
| 6. Confirm the action from the Pop-up message: “Yes, Delete it!” |
| 7. Can click on “No. Keep it”, if the user should not be removed |
