Reject KYC Verification

Due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by users


Rejecting a user's KYC is Declining a user's identity verification submission. You may perform it to ensure accurate information, regulatory compliance, and security. The benefits are Improved data accuracy, reduced fraud risk, and legal compliance.

Steps to Reject the user's KYC
1. Go to User management
2. Select the user type
3. Search the user from the list
4. Click on the EKYC Section to review the uploaded Documents and Information
5. Click on Reject to reject the user's Profile
6. Confirm by Selecting "Yes, Reject it"
- Once the user's KYC is rejected, user will have an option to reupload the Documentation / Details accordingly.
