Agent-Managed Commission & Profile
To motivate and encourage more onboarding
Agents independently assigning commissions to the agents they onboard is the practice of allowing agents to set commission rates for new recruits they bring to the platform. It is required to motivate agents to recruit and onboard more users effectively. The benefit is that it encourages agents to actively participate in expanding the user base and driving platform growth.
The configuration for this task must be performed by the admin first. Here are the steps to configure the management of profiles and commissions by agents themselves for agents they have onboarded.

1. Go to Settings |
2. Select the Company Configuration |
3. Go to Module Settings |
4. Select Agent |
5. Go to "Agent profile and commission managed by?" option a. Select "By Agent" from the dropdown list |
Steps to be performed by an Agent |

1. Go to Agent Settings |
2. Select Sub Agent Profile |
3. Create Sub Agent Profile |
4. Assign the product access and commission accordingly |
5. Click on Submit to confirm the configuration a. Agent and Admin can view the list of products assigned. It can be modified at a later stage by the Agent only. |
