Users withdraw digital wallet balances as physical cash from an agent. It is required when users need to convert their digital balance into physical currency. The benefit is offering users a convenient way to access their funds in physical cash form.

Steps to Cash-OUT via Agent
1. Visit nearest agents a. Find the list and directions of the agents under the Nearby Agents option in the platform
2. Tap on the Cash-out option under Agent Services in the Home Screen
3. Enter the Amount as per the requirement
4. Enter an optional message, if any
5. Review Details a. Any additional charges configured by the admin will be displayed here b. View the total amount receivable for better clarity and understanding
6. A dynamic QR will be generated which is required to show to the Agent
7. The dynamic QR will be valid for the configured seconds, post which user need to generate a new QR code a. The option to generate new QR appears as the timer ends
8. As the agent begins the process, user will receive an OTP / code for verification of the same
9. You need to provide the code to the Agent to further process the transaction
10. Once validated, the agent will handover cash, after which user will be notified about the same
