Removing an existing user via Admin means deactivating a user's account for a specific reason. This action is taken to ensure policy compliance, maintain security, or prevent misuse. The benefits include enhanced compliance, reduced risks, and a more secure platform.

Steps to Remove User Details
1. Go to User management
2. Select the user type
3. Search the user from the list
4. Click on the Actions Button
5. Select the Delete Option from the Dropdown List
6. Confirm the action by selecting Yes, Sure. Remove it! button
