Edit User Details

Modify user details to keep information accurate and up-to-date


Editing user details involves modifying personal or account information. Admins or end users do it to ensure accuracy and reflect changes. The benefits include updated information, improved user experience, and compliance with current data

There are several methods for modifying user details:

  1. You are able to make changes through the Admin Panel.
  2. Staff members with assigned roles can also modify user details.
  3. End-users can update their details using the App/Portal.
Steps to Edit User Details
1. Go to User management
2. Select the user type
3. Search the user from the list
4. Click on the Actions Button
5. Select the Edit Option from the Dropdown List
6. Make changes according to the requirement
7. Click on the Submit button to confirm the changes done
