Inactivate Corporate

To restrict access and usage of the platform's corporate features


Inactivating corporate is the process of temporarily suspending or deactivating corporate accounts on the platform. This is necessary for various reasons such as compliance issues or temporary non-usage, and it allows for better control over corporate user accounts without completely removing them. The benefit of inactivating corporate accounts is improved compliance management and resource allocation.

Steps to Activate Corporate Details

  1. Go to Manage Bulk Payment
  2. Go to Manage Corporates
  3. Search for the corporate
  4. Click on the Action button
  5. Select Edit Option from the dropdown
  6. Select the Actions button at the detailed view screen
  7. Click on the Inactive button from the dropdown list
    The status of the Corporate will be updated to Inactive
