Inactivate User

For security or inactivity


Inactive a user is Disabling a user's access to a platform or service. You may do it to manage security, prevent misuse, or handle non-engagement. The benefits are Improved security, resource allocation based on user type, and user management efficiency.

Steps to Activate Users
1. Go to User management
2. Select the user type
3. Search the user from the list
4. Click on the Actions Button
5. Select the Inactive Option from the Dropdown List
6. Validate profile inactivity by providing the reason via a platform popup prompt
- Once the user is Inactivated, you have the right to activate, Block, Reject, Edit, and Remove the user according to the requirement.
