Steps to Configure / Manage Company Settings and Integrations
- Go to Settings
- Select Company Configuration Settings

| 1. Is Transaction PIN Required? a. You can choose whether to make the transaction PIN optional or mandatory for users when conducting any wallet transactions. |
| 2. Restrict Multiple Sessions? a. You can restrict users from logging in simultaneously from multiple devices. |
| 3. Wrong PIN Maximum Attempts a. If enabled, users won't be able to login for a certain amount of time after several unsuccessful login attempts. |
| 4. Allow Inactive Session Timeout? a. Users will experience automatic logout if they remain inactive for a designated duration. |
| 5. Restrict Invalid Login Attempts? a. If enabled, users won't be able to login for a certain amount of time after several unsuccessful login attempts. |
| 6. Is Password Required? OR Is Transaction PIN Required? |
| 7. Inactive Session Timeout (In Minutes) a. Option to select from 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 7 / 10 / 15 / 30 / 60. |
| 8. Login PIN Complexity a. You can set up the complexity of the digits of the PIN for both login and transaction purposes. b. Option to Select 4 / 5 / 6. The default is 4. |

| 1. Admin Request OR Direct Deposit |
| 2. Number of Decimals: If transactions are possible in decimals in any country, admin can configure accordingly. |
| 3. Deduct Balance on Request: The wallet balance will be reduced after the transaction is processed OR Deduct Balance on Successful Transfer: The wallet balance will be reduced after the amount is successfully transferred. |
| 4. Currency Amount Separator: Amount can be displayed by Amount separators like Space / Comma / Dot. |
| 5. Currency Position: Symbol of the currency can be configured before or after the amount of the transaction. |

| 2. Payment Gateway Settings: The admin can configure a Payment Gateway for users on the platform, enabling smooth wallet transactions, top-ups, and withdrawals. |
| 3. Bank Settings |
| 4. Email Settings: To facilitate the sending of notification emails via the platform, admin needs to integrate an Email system that can deliver messages to the intended audience on the platform. |
| 5. Map Settings: To enable the integration of maps, the admin can configure map settings that allow for the display and interaction with geographic information on the platform. |
