Configure Agent Threshold

To set limits or criteria for agent transactions or actions


An agent threshold is a predefined limit on the number or amount of transactions agents can perform for specific services, required for regulatory compliance and preventing misuse, ensuring platform integrity.

Steps to set up Agent Threshold
1. Go to Settings and Select the Agent Charges option
2. Click on Add Agent Charges
3. Enter Agent Charge Name
4. Enter Tree Level
5. Select Tree
6. Option to Submit and next
7. Select product
8. Assign charges against selected product
9. Click on Submit to Save the Charges
