Configure Standard Charges
To establish consistent and transparent transaction fees
Platform charges are fees set for services, customized to user types; they're essential for revenue generation.
Once you configure standard charges and assign them to a user profile, these charges will be applicable to selected transactions, regardless of the transaction amount.
Steps to add Standard Charges |

1. Go to Charges. Select the Standard Charges tab |
2. Click on Add Charges. |
3. Enter the Name of the Charges |
4. Select the User Type from the dropdown list accordingly |
5. Enter the Value of the charges for the provided amount |
6. There's an option to Enter the FIX Charges (optional) |
7. Indicate if it's Included or Excluded |
8. For "included," when a sender sends $100.00, the platform adds a 5% charge ($5.00), making the sender pay $105.00, while the receiver gets the original $100.00 |
9. Add Minimum or Maximum Charges (Optional) |
10. If charges apply to a requested amount, and they're lower than the configured minimum charges, the user must pay the minimum configured amount |
11. You can view applicable charges for a $100 transaction for reference on the screen while setting up the title of the charge with Transaction View |
