Assigning Agent Commission is setting the commission rate for agents. It is necessary for motivating and fairly compensating agents for their services. The benefit is ensuring agents are rewarded for their efforts.

Steps to set up Agent Threshold
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Company Configurations
3. Select Agent
4. Option to Manage Agent Profile and Commission by Admin
5. Go to Agent Profile
6. Click on the Action button and select the Edit option
7. Review and confirm the Basic Details and Product Access to the Agent profile
8. Click on Submit and Next to Confirm
9. Search for the Product from the list displayed
10. Select the Type of Commission you want to assign (Transaction-based or Value-based)
11. Enter the number of commission in percentage for Transaction-based commission
12. Choose the commission type: either in percentage or amount
13. Define the minimum and maximum amount range
14. Enter the commission as a percentage or amount, based on the type of commission selected
15. Option to add multiple numbers of ranges here
16. Click on Submit to confirm.
