Configure Notification Rules
To control how users receive important information and updates from the platform
Setting up notification rules allows you to control how notifications are sent, giving you the right to manage communication preferences and make sure users get the information they need. This helps for user engagement and simplifies how information is delivered.
Steps to configure New Notification Rule |

1. Go to Settings |
2. Click on Notification Rules from Company Settings |
3. Click on the Add New button |
4. Select the Event Type from the dropdown list |
5. Select the Group type for the selected event |
6. Select the target user for the selected type of event and group |
7. Select the notification type from the available option |
8. SMS (3rd party integration) |
9. Push Notification (Inside the application) |
10. Email (3rd party integration) |
11. Click on the Submit button to Confirm |
