User Onboarding via Master Agent

For Agent's convenience

Master Agent play an important role in onboarding new agents. They engage in field activities to bring new users onto the platform.

Steps to onboard Agents via Master Agent Network
1. Enter Agent's Mobile Number a. Input the agent's mobile number to initiate the registration process. - Verify the Number via OTP - Generate an OTP for mobile verification - Agent receive an SMS containing the OTP
2. Enter Personal Information - Provide the Agent's First Name, Last Name, and Email - Optionally, include Date of Birth and Referral Code
3. Upload Image and Any Additional Information - Choose to upload a profile image for personalizing the account - Enter any additional information as needed
4. KYC Submission, Verification, Approval, and Skip Option a. Submit essential KYC documents and details - Admin-configured KYC fields and documents, customizable from the Admin Panel - Transmit the submitted KYC data to the backend for verification and approval - Notify the Admin of the verification status - Offer master agents the option to temporarily skip KYC; agents can upload documents later via the app/portal
5. User Profile Assignment - Assign agent profile based on Admin settings - These profiles influence the agent's platform access
