Cash IN through Master Agent is depositing physical cash with an agent to credit the wallet. It is necessary for Agents to convert physical cash into a wallet balance for transactions. The benefit is providing users with convenient cashless transactions.

Steps to Cash-IN via Agent
1. Visit your nearest Master Agent - Agent can find the list and directions of the nearest master agents under the Nearby Master Agents option in the platform.
2. Click on Cash IN
3. Enter the Amount you wish to add - Enter an optional message, if any
4. Review Details - Any additional charges configured by the admin will be displayed here - You can view the total amount payable for better clarity and understanding
5. A dynamic QR will be generated which you need to show to the master agent
6. The dynamic QR will be valid till configured seconds, post which you need to generate a new QR code. - The option to generate a new QR appears as the timer ends.
7. Handover the cash to the master agent to process the payment.
8. Once the payment is processed, the master agent and agent both will be notified about the same.
