Users withdraw digital wallet balances as physical cash from an agent. It is required when users need to convert their wallet balance into physical currency. The benefit is offering users a convenient way to access their funds in physical cash form.

Steps to Cash-OUT via Master Agent
1. Visit the nearest Master Agent 1. Find the list and directions of the master agents under the Nearby Master Agents option in the platform.
2. Click on Cash IN
3. Enter the Amount as per the requirement
4. Enter an optional message, if any
5. Review Details 1. Any additional charges configured by the admin will be displayed here 2. View the total amount receivable for better clarity and understanding
6. A dynamic QR will be generated which is required to show to the Master Agent
7. The dynamic QR will be valid for the configured seconds, post which agent need to generate a new QR code 1. The option to generate new QR appears as the timer ends
8. As the master agent begins the process, user will receive an OTP / code for verification of the same
9. Agent need to provide the code to the Master Agent to verify the request
10. Once validated, the Master Agent will handover cash, after which user will be notified about the same
