Delete Referral Program

To make changes in existing Referral Programs

Ending a referral program involves stopping the rewards people get for referring others, and it should be done when it aligns with the changing needs of the business.

Steps to Delete Referral Program​

  1. Go to Manage
  2. Select Promotion from the Dropdown
  3. Select Referral Program from the Menu list
  4. Search the Referral Program
  5. Click on the More (Action) button
  6. Select Delete from the options displayed
  7. Click on Yes, Confirmed. Delete It! button to remove the Referral program.
    i. Referral Program will be removed from the list.
    Note: Once the Referral Program is removed, it cannot be restored.
