Configuring Reward Redemption Program is setting up a system for users to redeem earned rewards. It is required to allow users to benefit from their earned rewards. The benefits are encouraging loyalty, motivating user engagement, and enhancing satisfaction.

Steps to Add Redeem Points Configuration Program
1. Click on Manage from the Home Screen
2. Select Redeem Rewards Configuration from the dropdown list
3. Select the User Type
4. Redeem Cycle (Valid up to Selected time duration)
5. Enter Cashback Value
6. Enter Points (Against these points, user can redeem)
7. Define Minimum Redeem Points
8. Define Maximum Redeem Points
9. Click on the Submit button to confirm
