Reward Programs offer incentives to encourage certain actions or behaviors. It is required to motivate users to engage with the platform. The benefits are increased engagement, user loyalty, and business growth.

Steps to Add Referral Program
1. Click on Manage
2. Select Promotions from the dropdown list
3. Select Reward Program
4. Click on the Create Reward Program button to create a new reward program
5. Set a reward title
6. Select the target group - This defines the user for whom the program will be applicable
7. Set earnings rules - This defines how the users will earn the rewards a. Signup - Sign up would act as Sign-Up bonuses that the users can earn at the time of signup b. Earning style: - X points - e.g. 10 points whenever user signs up c. Transactions - In the case of Transactions, you can define the earning style. - Earning styles: --X Points - e.g. 10 points for every transaction --X Points for Y Spends - e.g. 10 points for every $20 spend --X Points for Z Transactions - e.g. 10 points for every 3 transactions
