Agent-generated top-up requests to the admin involve agents manually depositing money at the admin's bank and sharing receipts through the app to add funds to their wallets. It is required for agents to fund their wallets for transactions, and the benefit is ensuring their wallets have sufficient funds for seamless operations.
Steps to Generate Top-Up Request |

1. Click on Add Money |
2. Click on Top-up Request |
3. Enter the amount deposited in the bank account |
4. Enter the Date of Transaction |
5. Enter Reference Number - the unique number that the bank gives after the deposit |
6. Upload the receipt - either capture or select one from the gallery - Once the agent generates the request, the admin is notified about the same. - Admin then reviews and verifies the same, and either approves or rejects the request. - The agent is notified about the same. |
