Cash IN via Agent
To have a digital balance for transactions and purchases
Cash IN through an Agent is depositing physical cash with an agent to credit the wallet. It is necessary for users to convert physical cash into a digital balance for transactions. The benefit is providing users with a convenient digital payment method, enabling cashless transactions.
| Steps to Cash-IN via Agent |

| 1. Visit nearest agents - User can find the list and directions of the agents under the Nearby Agents option in the platform |
| 2. Select Cash IN service |
| 3. Enter Amount - Enter an optional message, if any |
| 4. Review Details - Any additional charges configured by the admin will be displayed here - User can view the total amount payable for better clarity and understanding |
| 5. A dynamic QR will be generated which need to show to the agent |
| 6. The dynamic QR will be valid till configured seconds, post which need to generate a new QR code 1. The option to generate new QR appears as the timer ends |
| 7. Handover the cash to the agent to process the payment |
| 8. Once the payment is processed, the user will be notified about the same |
