Field Onboarding (Via Agents)
For user convenience
Agents play an important role in onboarding new users. They engage in field activities to bring new users onto the platform.

| 1. Enter User’s Mobile Number a. Input the user's mobile number to initiate the registration process. - Verify the Number via OTP - Generate an OTP for mobile verification - Users receive an SMS containing the OTP |
| 2. Enter Personal Information - Provide the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email - Optionally, include Date of Birth and Referral Code |
| 3. Upload Image and Any Additional Information - Choose to upload a profile image for personalizing the account - Enter any additional information as needed |
| 4. KYC Submission, Verification, Approval, and Skip Option a. Submit essential KYC documents and details - Admin-configured KYC fields and documents, customizable from the Admin Panel - Transmit the submitted KYC data to the backend for verification and approval - Notify the Admin of the verification status - Offer agents the option to temporarily skip KYC; users can upload documents later via the app/portal |
