Field Onboarding (Via Agents)

Agents play an important role in onboarding new users. They engage in field activities to bring new users onto the platform.

Stpes to onboard user via Agent Network
1. Enter User’s Mobile Number
a. Input the user's mobile number to initiate the registration process.
- Verify the Number via OTP
- Generate an OTP for mobile verification
- Users receive an SMS containing the OTP
2. Enter Personal Information
- Provide the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email
- Optionally, include Date of Birth and Referral Code
3. Upload Image and Any Additional Information
- Choose to upload a profile image for personalizing the account
- Enter any additional information as needed
4. KYC Submission, Verification, Approval, and Skip Option
a. Submit essential KYC documents and details
- Admin-configured KYC fields and documents, customizable from the Admin Panel
- Transmit the submitted KYC data to the backend for verification and approval
- Notify the Admin of the verification status
- Offer agents the option to temporarily skip KYC; users can upload documents later via the app/portal
5. User Profile Assignment
- Assign user profiles based on Admin settings
- These profiles influence the user's platform access
