User Onboarding

Onboarding is a process which incorporates the workflow for registration of a user on the platform. DigiPay.Guru offers multiple ways for users to onboard.

Self Onboarding​

In self onboarding, the user can self register themselves by either downloading the mobile application or by visiting the web portal / website.

Assisted Backend Onboarding​

In assisted backend onboarding, the user can visit the any of the branches for on-boarding and submit the documents like registration form, contracts and supporting documents physically to the backend office.

Assisted Hybrid Onboarding​

In assisted hybrid onboarding, the user is registered into the platform with their basic information but the documents are pending to upload which they submit by visiting the branch and are uploaded by the backend team or staff members of the admin.

Field Onboarding​

In field onboarding, the role of an Agent comes in wherein the agent has a mobile app to collect the consumer registration data in the field digitally as well as collect and upload the documents into the app.
