To enhance security and regain access to their accounts

Users change their personal identification number (PIN) for security maintenance and account access recovery. The benefit is enhancing account security and enabling account access restoration.

Steps to Reset Login PIN
1. Enter Mobile Number
2. User will receive the OTP
3. Enter New MPIN - It cannot be the same as X number of previous MPINs (as configured by admin)
4. Confirm New MPIN
5. MPIN is reset successfully
