To facilitate transactions and resolve issues promptly


Wallet Top-Up for Platform Users is when funds are added to user wallets. It is necessary for transaction facilitation and issue resolution. The benefit is that it ensures seamless user transactions and timely issue resolution.

Steps to Wallet Top Up from Admin panel
1. Go to Wallet Top Up
2. Click on Add Top Up Now
3. Select User Type
4. Enter the Name / Mobile Number of the User
- The system will show the available wallet balance
5. Enter Top Up Amount
- The default mode of payment collection against this top-up is Cash as displayed
6. Click on Submit to Confirm
