Paying a merchant is transferring money in exchange for products or services. The benefit is that it allows consumers to access desired products and services conveniently while supporting businesses.

  3. Pay to received request of Payment
Steps to Pay Merchant
1. Select Pay Merchant
2. OR Select Pay Merchant QR
3. Enter Mobile Number
OR
Select Contact from Phonebook
OR
Select Contact from Recent Transfers
4. Enter Amount
- Option to Select from Pre-Chipped Amounts
5. View the Receiver's Name and Contact Number
- Option to Enter Message for Reference
6. Review Current Available Balance
7. Review Payment Merchants and Merchant's Details
8. Enter a Valid Transaction PIN to Confirm the payment
- If the Transaction PIN is invalid, you have the option to enter Transaction PIN again
9. If you have entered a valid PIN, the transaction is successful
