Save Thershold Detail

POST : http://<base_url>/digipay/v3/profile_threshold/threshold_detail

This api is used to create threshold detail for the bulk/internal products assigned to the threshold

min_balance	Double	limit defined as min_balance for threshold	100
max_balance	Double	limit defined as max_balance for threshold	100
threshold_apply_on	Int	threshold apply on is an integer number which contains two different types like on Product Code,or on Payment Mode	1
payment_mode	Int	it will containe payment mode value	1
